Chi Kung lessons introduces in-and-around the body explorations respecting upright stillness, posture, energy and seasonal rhythms.

During the course of the lessons, you will explore in your body the architecture of standing and some of the fundamental forces that inform our stance in life.

The content of the lessons focus on rooting, structural alignment, the seasons and change.

FOR WHO? This classes are meant for everyone who is looking for an effective combination between body & energy awareness practices, who wishes to nurture grounding, clarity, broaden perspectives and cultivate health.

We engage in easy-to-follow practices, such as:
- still chi kung (zhan zhuang)
- ba duan jin
- meditative movement

"First of all I want to thank you for all the past Chi Kung sessions. It's been quite an experience for me, a very positive one, one of coming home. I was surprised how minimal the movements were and how deep their effect. I also thought it is a pity I didn't discover it earlier, after chemo therapy ten years ago.
