WEEKLY CHI KUNG
Weekly classes are based on cultivation practices that support the physical, energetic, mental and spiritual health.

It consists on a variety of ancient self-regulation postures and slow movements, aligned with a sensorial-based orientation and nature's patterns.

The core of this classes is to intentionally access the body’s organic intelligence and strengthen the connection between the inner and outer nature.

eight archetyical postures (zhan zhuang)
eight internal stretches (ba duan jin)
walking chi kung (zhou bo)
acupressure

Regular training makes available:

simple and efficient embodiment practices which nurture inner stability, grounding, centering, connection and expression
resources for rebalancing the relaxation-tension dynamics
stress regulation
focus on direct experience
